1. General Provisions

1.1. This shipping policy sets out the rules for how goods are delivered from LOADECH.EU to buyers.
1.2. Delivery of goods may vary depending on the location of the goods and the destination country.

2. Delivery of Goods from the EU Warehouse

2.1. Goods located in the EU warehouse are delivered:

  • within 10 working days if delivered to the country where the warehouse is located;
  • from 7 to 25 working days, depending on which EU country the goods are sent to.
    2.2. Delivery is carried out through reliable courier and logistics service providers.
    2.3. The delivery cost is indicated at the time of order.

3. Delivery of Goods Directly from the Manufacturer

3.1. Ordered goods sent directly from the manufacturer (e.g., China) may be delivered within up to 90 days, depending on the manufacturer and delivery logistics.
3.2. Delivery costs are indicated at the time of order.

4. Defective Parts

4.1. If the item is defective, only the defective part is replaced free of charge.
4.2. Delivery of defective parts is carried out without additional charges to the buyer.

5. Delivery Conditions

5.1. The buyer must provide the correct delivery address.
5.2. The store is not responsible for shipment delays due to:

  • Incorrectly provided address;
  • Actions of courier or logistics service providers;
  • Customs or other third-party procedures.

6. Tracking

6.1. For all shipments, where possible, a tracking number is provided.
6.2. The tracking number can be used to follow the shipment status and delivery progress on courier websites.
